With over 11 years of leadership experience across logistics, operations, and supply chain management at Amazon and Flipkart, he has built deep expertise in large-scale operations, strategic execution, and channel leadership— Throughout his career, he has overseen complex logistics networks, driven high-impact strategic initiatives, and led geographically diverse teams, consistently translating business objectives into measurable, scalable results.
A strategic thinker with a hands-on style, he is recognized for his strengths in operational planning, business transformation, process optimization, stakeholder engagement, and talent development. His experience at two of the world’s leading e-commerce companies, combined with a Bachelor of Commerce background, gives him a global perspective and a disciplined, continuous-improvement mindset that shapes his simple leadership philosophy: create long-term value through innovation, accountability, and precision.

Shashi Kumar is the Co-Founder & Managing Partner of Garudadri Square, playing a pivotal role in driving the company’s operational excellence. With over Nine years of experience in e-commerce and last-mile logistics, he brings extensive expertise in last-mile operations and operational execution.
Having built his career at Amazon, he gained extensive hands-on experience across multiple facets of last-mile operations, developing a strong foundation in logistics management along with a deep understanding of delivery execution, process optimization, and customer satisfaction. His hands-on leadership style, operational discipline, and solution-oriented approach enable him to build efficient teams and consistently deliver high service standards.
He holds a Bachelor of Business Management (BBM), which complements his practical industry experience with a strong foundation in business fundamentals.
